How do I place an order?

The most convinient way to shop is to set up a store account providing fast access to check out, allows you to receive notices of sales and special events and access a complete account of your past purchases. If you prefer you can also check out and pay as a guest each time you shop. The Crafts Mart utilizes a state of the art credit card service that provides world class security that is trusted by major ecommerce stores and fortune 500 companies. We accept all major credit cards and in addition we also provide for payment using your PayPal account. Convienent, safe, easy.

How Fast Do You Fill And Ship Orders

The short answer is 2 to 5 business days. Much of what we sell is just one at a time or produced in small batches. Because we are primarily small and local crafters and artists, keeping large inventories is out of the question. With that said, we do try to fill and ship orders as quickly as possible and if there is going to be a delay, we will let you know right away. There's a big advantage to on-demand production. Did you know that only one in every four tee-shirts actually ends up in the hands of a customer? The other three end up in land fills or are converted to rags which is a very wasteful use of resources. Because much of what we sell is either in-house or in partnership with one-off, on-demand suppliers, there isn't any of that terrible waste. Give us a couple of extra days to fill your order and help save the planet.

What Is your return policy?

We offer a refund or exchange for all product purchases on our website. To be eligible, product must be returned prepaid to us within 14 calendar days of purchase. Product must be in the same condition you received it, undamaged in any way. Tees must be unworn. If the product is damaged or the return is initiated after the 14 day period, you will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be made in the same form as payment.
